In your business! The serial number is not what I want. It's not working. When I went to add my serial number (in the list) it said I had to call if it did not show up. No one answered so I tried to call but they could not give me a number where I could talk to them that could help me. I think they are trying to get me to lie about my serial number, but I have a valid serial number for a MAGIX product. I heard from a friend that a little girl who was on tv said something about getting some problems when she added somehting to the package but I only checked her computer. Everyone else seems to have no problem so I'm going to try to install it. I'll let you know what happens. My Sony will have to get in the way of that one. My Sony was checking my virus protection and it offered to upgrade it to the latest version, so I'll have to see how that goes. I bought plenty of copies for the Christmas season.

I purchased the package for a wedding video project, because the price of an editable DVD kept rising, but the software seemed rather antiquated in the Web and that seemed unfair, so I purchased this upgrade. Here are my problems: When I insert my serial number instead of closing it displays a dialog box that says # HAS SELECTED INVALID SERIAL NUMBER NUMBER # and would I now like to call Sony for assistance? I ignored it and press the enter button. I think by pressing the enter button I did get the info page to appear, but I don't know what to do with it except for what it says in the tab, "Help".
